Donate a Tenner today to BMSTC and get it matched!

You may remember that I contacted before about Localgiving.com.  This is the website created by the secret millionaire Marcelle Speller, who wants to support locally based community charities  around the country like the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre.

They will be matching all £10 donations on the www.localgiving.com website until the £500,000 they have procured is spent. This campaign will be going nationwide.

If you would like to pledge £10 to the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre, please click the hyperlink and make your donation www.localgiving.com/bmstc . Your £10 will be doubled and gift aid added if you are a UK taxpayer.

Of course, if you don't use the Centre and your connection is very limited, I am sorry to have bothered you and please delete this email. If you have any queries, please call me on 01189016000 or email Jackie@bmstc.org.

Transport for London

Message to one of our members from Transport for London:

I am writing to let you know that we have secured an additional £75m fund to make travel across our network more accessible. This will enable us to install new lifts, making more Tube stations step-free than originally planned over the next 10 years.

The 30 Crossrail stations in London will also all be step-free, as will 28 more Underground and Overground stations, which already had funding.

To help you plan your journey, we’ve added travel tools to our website and accessible options to journey planner. You can also download maps and guides, or order them and have them delivered free of charge.

For information about accessible travel, please visit tfl.gov.uk/accessibility
